Effective Date: March 30, 2026

1. Information We Collect MFAN 2026 ("the App") collects only the minimum information necessary to operate the leaderboard:

• Google Email Address: Used as a unique identifier to record your votes and associate them with your player profile.

• Display Name: As provided by you or pulled from your Google profile to show on the public leaderboard.

2. How We Use Your Information Your data is used strictly for:

• Authenticating your access to the voting system.

• Recording match predictions (votes).

• Calculating and displaying standings on the "Battle Grid" and Leaderboard.

3. Data Storage and Security All data is stored securely within a private Google Spreadsheet owned by the App administrator. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or marketing analytics.

4. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or personal data with any third parties. Your display name and voting history are visible to other authorized participants within the App’s "Battle Grid" feature.

5. Your Rights You may request to have your data deleted or your account removed from the league at any time by contacting the App administrator.
