MFan 2026 began as an easier way for a group of friends to make match predictions without messy chat threads or manual spreadsheets. The result is a mobile-first app for voting, tracking results and a bit of friendly rivalry.
What I built

The app uses Google Apps Script, HTML5, CSS and a Google Sheet backend. Its leaderboard tracks virtual earnings and accuracy; the Battle Grid compares everyone’s picks. Dedicated players can vote, while guests get a view-only experience.
I acted as the product architect and used AI tools to help write, debug and improve the code. The project went through 94 releases during the tournament. The release log and app terms and privacy policy remain available at the old address.
